Elected to his current position in February 2006, Mr. Camden joined Kelly in April 1995 as senior vice president, Corporate Marketing. Kelly Services, Inc. is a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Troy, Michigan, offering staffing solutions that include temporary staffing services, outsourcing, vendor on-site and full-time placement. Kelly operates in 32 countries and territories. Kelly provides employment to more than 750,000 employees annually, with skills including office services, accounting, engineering, information technology, law, science, marketing, creative services, light industrial, education, and health care. Revenue in 2006 was $5.5 billion.

Prior positions at Kelly include executive vice president of Marketing and Strategy as well as Field Operations, Sales and Marketing. Mr. Camden was elected as president and chief operating officer, as well as to the Board of Directors, in November 2001. Prior to joining Kelly, he was with KeyCorp, a bank holding company based in Cleveland, Ohio and Wyse Advertising. He was also a co-founder/co-owner of North Coast Behavioral Research Group. Mr. Camden was also an associate professor in the Communications Department at Cleveland State University.
