Fed Beige Book Released
The Board released its most recent Beige Report dated March 5, 2003 indicating subdued economic activity, with only a few Districts reporting any notable changes from the last report. Details are available in the full report, including individual Reserve Bank summaries.

Board Publishes List of Foreign Margin Stocks
The Board published in the Federal Register (PDF) the list of foreign equity securities that met its Regulation T eligibility criteria for margin securities. Effective March 1, 2003, these securities are eligible for margin treatment at brokers and dealers on the same basis as domestic margin securities. The foreign list is published twice a year.
