FinCEN Directs Institutions to Contact Their Regulators When Updating POCs
In a recent statement (PDF), the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) informed bankers that they must contact their primary federal supervisory agency when adding or deleting point of contact personnel for receiving Section 314(a) information requests from FinCEN.
