Online Guide for Submitting Applications
In a recent press release the Board of Governors announced the addition of a new web page for application filing information for U.S. and foreign banking organizations. Available are the regulatory requirements and processing procedures, notifications and requests necessary for a wide range of activities, including mergers of banking organizations. The web page also contains links to the various application forms, suggested wording for newspaper notices and names of contacts at each of the Reserve Banks.

Regulators Issue 2003 SNC Review Results
In a joint press release, the federal bank regulators released the 2003 Shared National Credit (SNC) review. The review indicates that while the quality of large syndicated loans stabilized, adversely rated loans remain at a high level and require continued vigilance.

June 30, 2003 UBPR Now Available Online
The FFIEC recently added the June 30, 2003 Uniform Bank Performance Report (UBPR) to its website.
