Board Seeks Comments on Implementation of Amendments to Regulation Z offsite link
On Oct. 11, the Federal Reserve Board issued for public comment a second advance notice on proposed rulemaking specific to open-end (revolving) credit rules of the Board's Regulation Z, Truth-in-Lending Act (TILA). In Dec. 2004, the Board issued an initial press release that commenced a review of the open-end credit rules and sought public comment on issues relating to the format and content of open-end credit disclosures, as well as the major protections provided in the regulation. That comment period closed on March 28, 2005.
