Federal Banking Agencies Request Comment on Suggested Domestic Risk-Based Capital Modifications
The federal banking agencies published an interagency advance notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPR) on potential revisions to the existing risk-based capital framework, which would apply to banks, bank holding companies and savings associations.

Board Announces Final Rule Governing Remotely Created Checks, Reg CC
In a press release, the Board announced approved amendments to Regulation CC that define "remotely created checks" and create transfer and presentment warranties to shift liability for an unauthorized remotely created check to the institution where it is first deposited.
