The September 2004 peer data has been updated on the De Novo Banks page, which also contains de novo forms, resources and regulatory guidelines.

SR 04-20: FFIEC Information Technology Examination Handbook
The Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) is distributing the new FFIEC Information Technology Examination Handbook. The new handbook, which replaces all chapters of the 1996 FFIEC Information Systems Examination Handbook, addresses significant changes in technology since 1996 and incorporates a risk-based examination approach.
