The December 2004 Risk Committee findings are now available.

SR 05-4: Agencies Issue Advisory on Confidentiality of Supervisory Ratings
As announced in SR 05-4, the federal banking and thrift agencies issued an interagency advisory to remind financial institutions that they are prohibited by law from disclosing their CAMELS rating and other nonpublic supervisory information without permission from the appropriate federal banking agency.

Final Rule Issued on Trust Preferred Securities
The Board late Monday approved the final rule on trust preferred securities and a press release has been posted to the Board's public website.
