District Farmland Values Increase Four Percent
The latest Ag Letter details that, boosted by demand from nonfarm investors, the increases in the value of "good" agricultural land compared to a year ago outpaced the increase in farmland rental rates as of the first quarter of 2005. (PDF, 40KB)
