The latest edition of the AgLetter discusses District farmland values up 12 percent from 2004 in the second quarter.
The rise in District farmland values slowed with a 1 percent increase in the second quarter of 2005, while agricultural credit conditions remained in better shape than last quarter and a year ago. (PDF,40KB)
