Vice Chairman Ferguson Tenders Resignation
In a press release, the Board announced that Vice Chairman Ferguson submitted his resignation, effective April 28, 2006. Ferguson was first appointed to the Board in 1997 by President Clinton to fill an unexpired term ending Jan. 31, 2000. He was then appointed by President Bush to a full term that expires on Jan. 31, 2014.
