New Interagency CRA Questions and Answers
The federal financial regulatory agencies have published informal staff guidance on community reinvestment in the form of questions and answers (Q&As). The agencies sought comments on the proposed the guidance in November 2005. After considering the comments, the agencies have adopted all of the proposed Q&As. (PDF)

Report Issued on Improving Consumer Financial Privacy Notices
In a joint press release, the federal financial regulators announced the availability of Evolution of a Prototype Financial Privacy Notice, a report by Kleimann Communication Group summarizing consumer research commissioned by the regulators as part of their ongoing efforts to develop improved financial privacy notices.
