CA 06-11: Revised Standard Flood Hazard Determination Form
In CA 06-11, the Board announced that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has made minor revisions to the Standard Flood Hazard Determination Form and its accompanying Instructions. Use of the form is mandatory as of July 1, 2006. Financial institutions and the public will receive notification via Regulatory Update.

Governor Olson to Chair Public Company Accounting Oversight Board
In a press release, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced that Governor Olson has been appointed Chairman over the five-member Public Company Accounting Oversight Board until 2010.
