Data Extraction for Call Report Data

The Call Report Data Extraction System can be used to extract Call Report information when only a small number of MDRM fields are needed. After the extraction has been completed, you may save the data as a CSV file.

Step 1 - Select the year.

Step 2 - Select the quarter.

Step 3 - Enter required MDRM's.

Step 4 - Number of Records to Display.

Step 5 - Submit your request.
