What is the frequency of the FR 2028 report?

Frequency: Quarterly, as of the first full business week of February, May, August, and November. Each institution has to report on different days of the week, depending on their size.

When is the data due?

All reports are to reach our office no later than the following Friday after the report week. Example: Reporting week of 2/6-2/10/06 is due 2/17/06.

How do I send the data to the Federal Reserve?

Reports can be faxed to (800) 201-8065 or (312) 322-5231. However, we prefer electronic submission via the Internet Electronic Submission (IESUB) System. For additional information, please visit the Federal Reserve System Reporting & Reserves website.
