CRA Small Business Lending Profile
An annual publication reporting small business lending data collected under the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) for the nation and five major metropolitan statistical areas (MSAs) in the district of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. For these MSAs (Chicago, Des Moines, Detroit, Indianapolis, and Milwaukee), we report shares of loans and businesses by neighborhood income categories for the most recent year of data available.

Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) Profile
An annual publication reporting home mortgage lending data collected under the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) for the nation and five major metropolitan statistical areas (MSAs) in the district of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. For these MSAs (Chicago, Detroit, Milwaukee, Indianapolis, and Des Moines), we report the change in home purchase loan originations by race and income category for the most recent year of data available. Audience: Financial institutions, community groups, economic development organizations, and government entities.

Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) Profile & Investment Opportunities
An analysis of demographic, economic, and mortgage lending trends in a metropolitan statistical area (MSA) and a resource guide of the major investment opportunities in the area. The main purpose of this publication is to foster community and economic development by encouraging partnerships and relationships between financial institutions and community organizations.

Small Enterprise Capital Access Partnership (SECAP)
SECAP is an initiative of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, established with the goal of improving access to credit and related resources by historically underserved small business owners. SECAP involves a voluntary collaborative of various stakeholders in the small business arena, including lenders, community-based organizations (CBOs), technical assistance providers, government organizations, trade associations, academic researchers, and others. SECAP will assess the small business environment with the aim of identifying the greatest challenges for minority-owned, women-owned, and other businesses with historically limited access to credit.
