Sixteen percent annual gain in farmland values
According to the most recent AgLetter, the year-over-year change in Seventh District farmland values rose to 16 percent in the fourth quarter of 2007. The quarterly increase in the value of “good” agricultural land was 6 percent for the District. (PDF,229KB)
