Farmland values drop in first quarter
According to the most recent AgLetter, there was a 6 percent quarterly decrease in Seventh District farmland values in the first quarter of 2009. Also, there was a year-over-year increase of only 2 percent in the value of “good” agricultural land for the District. (PDF,230KB)
