2008 Online Calendars Now Available

Hundreds of free educational classes, seminars and activities are scheduled to take place around the 7th district during the month of April. The 2008 online calendars will guide you to these events, which focus on financial topics for people of all walks of life. The calendars can be accessed by clicking on the links to the right.

This year, the calendars include a host of new features and visual improvements. Not only can you search by event topic, but keyword, date and location, are all available options on the same page. The advanced search allows for more specific date range searches, as well as event language.

To further enhance usability, a map of each event location is provided. In the example below, notice the arrow pinpointing the location of the event. Rolling over the arrow reveals a pop-up with the location's address and phone number. Further, clicking on the arrow will bring up a screen which provides directions to the event.
