Hotel Information
The Westin Hotel is located on one of the most exciting corners of Chicago's famed "Magnificent Mile!" The hotel is next to the John Hancock Building and the city's premiere shopping venue, Water Tower Place. Within a four–block radius of the Westin, you can find over 40 restaurants, taverns, entertainment spots, and the Oak Street Beach on the shore of Lake Michigan. All guest rooms are newly renovated (2004) and feature all new furnishings and soft goods as well as expanded bathrooms and Westin Heavenly Beds. The beautifully renovated first floor lobby is a wireless hotspot and features The Grill on the Alley with abundant servings of straight-forward American favorites. Guests can also find the salon—Pusha D'Europe—off the lobby. The hotel's health club is complimentary to all guests and features state–of–the–art equipment including free weights, treadmills, life–cycle, Stairmaster, and dry sauna. It's open daily from 6:00 am to midnight.

Single deluxe: $199 single or double occupancy;
Additional occupant: $30.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm; check-out time is 1:00 pm.
Please inquire at the hotel desk to request a late check out.

Deadline
April 26, 2007, is the deadline for special room rates. After this date, reservations are subject to space and rate availability.
Book early to ensure the conference rate and availability.

Late Arrival Guarantee
Reservations are guaranteed by providing a credit card number.

Cancellation Policy
Individual guest room deposits will be refunded if reservations are canceled 72 hours prior to day of arrival. Please call the Westin Hotel at (312) 943-7200 to cancel. There is a $199.00 charge for checking out earlier than the scheduled check-out date unless the hotel is notified prior to or at check-in. The hotel will inform each guest of this policy upon check-in.
