Bank Structure Conference
The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago invites the submission of research- and policy-oriented papers for the 44th annual Conference on Bank Structure and Competition to be held at the Hotel Intercontinental in Chicago. Since its inception, the conference has fostered a dialog on current public policy issues affecting the financial services industry. We therefore welcome submissions of high-quality research on all topics related to financial services, their regulation and industry structure.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago will host its eighth payments conference, Payments Fraud: Perception versus Reality. The conference will highlight threats to the security of the payments system and explore solutions to those challenges.

Turning the Tide Against Rising Foreclosures in Wisconsin
The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, the University of Wisconsin Extension, and Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority will cosponsor a conference entitled, "Turning the Tide Against Rising Foreclosures in Wisconsin." This conference is a continuation of a series of events that have been held in Wisconsin to address the issues and concerns surrounding Wisconsin's increasing number of foreclosures.
