Mission Statement
The Research Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago examined the state and prospects for the region's manufacturing industries, and the implications for the region's economy. The Midwest Manufacturing Project examined the region's manufacturing activity through a series of studies and conferences bringing together world class researchers, policy makers, and manufacturing practioners.
