What is RSS
RSS, or Real Simple Syndication, is an XML file that allows visitors to receive news and other updates as they happen. This means that visitors don't have to check the site several times a day for updates.
Currently, the Chicago Fed offers several RSS feeds for use in feed readers and Web logs (blogs). These feeds include headlines, updates to speeches and news releases. Feeds are free to use, but subject to our legal notices. Feeds are available in RSS version 2.0.
To view our feeds, you will need a feed reader or aggregator. Once you have installed the reader you can add Chicago Fed feeds by clicking on the links below.
