The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago sponsored a conference starting at 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on October 13, 2009 entitled "Saving the American Dream – Are We Moving Toward Recovery?".

Over the past 12 months, many changes have taken place. Various state and local programs have been introduced. How have these changes impacted homeownership preservation? Are we moving toward recovery?
