According to the most recent AgLetter, Seventh District farmland values in the first quarter of 2010 were 4 percent higher than a year ago. In addition, there was an increase of 2 percent in the value of “good” agricultural land in the first quarter of 2010 compared with the fourth quarter of 2009.
