Midwest Farmland Values Still Rising
According to the most recent AgLetter, Seventh District farmland values in the first quarter of 2013 were 15 percent higher than a year ago. Values for “good” agricultural land in the first quarter of 2013 were 4 percent higher than in the fourth quarter of 2012.
