Second Quarter Midwest Farmland Values Up From Last Year

According to the most recent AgLetter, Seventh District farmland values in the
second quarter of 2010 were 6 percent higher than a year ago. The value of “good” agricultural land in the second quarter of 2010 was unchanged from the first quarter.
