Promotions Announced at Fed's Customer Relations Support Office

CHICAGO — Three promotions have been announced at the Federal Reserve System's Customer Relations Support Office (CRSO), which is based at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.

Jeff Devine New Vice President and Regional Sales Manager

Devine has been promoted to vice president and regional sales manager of the CRSO. He previously served as assistant vice president and regional sales leader at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Devine joined the Atlanta Fed in 1985 and held a variety of management and executive positions at the New Orleans Branch before moving to the Reserve Bank's Atlanta headquarters in 2002, where he oversaw the Law Enforcement, District Sales and Check areas. He lives in Marietta, Georgia.

Steven Jung New Vice President and Regional Sales Manager

Jung has been promoted to vice president and regional sales manager of the CRSO. He previously served as assistant vice president at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Since 1992 he has been at the Los Angeles Branch of the San Francisco Fed, where he held leadership roles in the Business Development, Cash Product Office, Project Management and Finance, and Check Processing operations. He will continue to live in and work out of Los Angeles, California.

Korie Miller New Vice President and Regional Sales Manager

Miller has been promoted to vice president and regional sales manager of the CRSO. She previously served since 1989 as assistant vice president and regional sales leader at the Kansas City Fed, where she had management responsibilities in various areas including Check Services, Human Resources and Business Development. She lives in Overland Park, Kansas.

Customer Relations Support Office Background

Formed in 2001, the CRSO is responsible for strengthening relationships with the Federal Reserve System's financial service customers promoting a national brand for system products and services. It serves the entire Federal Reserve System and is located at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago is one of 12 regional Reserve Banks that, along with the Board of Governors in Washington, D.C., make up the nation's central bank. The Chicago Reserve Bank serves the seventh Federal Reserve District, which encompasses the northern portions of Illinois and Indiana, southern Wisconsin, the Lower Peninsula of Michigan, and all of Iowa. In addition to participation in the formulation of monetary policy, each Reserve Bank supervises member banks and bank holding companies, provides financial services to depository institutions and the U.S. government, and monitors economic conditions in its District.
