Chicago Fed Manager Among 2012 Top Diversity Executives, Emerging Leaders
CHICAGO - Diversity MBA Magazine named the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago’s Mark Hands as one of the publication’s 2012 Top 100 Under 50 Diverse Executives and Emerging Leaders on July 13. Hands is the manager of the Chicago Fed’s supplier diversity program.
The magazine is an internationally distributed publication that targets women and multicultural professionals in corporate America, as well as entrepreneurs and business students. The award recipients were selected based on their position within their organization, their scope of responsibility, community service work and educational achievements.
“I am honored to have been chosen to receive this recognition,” said Hands. “The Chicago Fed is committed to creating an inclusive environment and I’m proud to be a member of Bank’s team that makes diversity work, not only for our organization but, also for the constituents we serve.”
