Customer Relations and Support Office
The Fed’s Customer Relations and Support Office (CRSO) is headquartered at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and has a strategic leadership role within the Federal Reserve System. CRSO staff members manage the national electronic payment and information delivery network called FedLine® Solutions, which transacts an average of more than 71 million payments daily valued at almost $4 trillion.
The CRSO also carries out national sales and marketing strategies associated with about $500 million in annual revenue and provides customer set-up and support for more than 100,000 FedLine users. The CRSO’s high-quality support gives customers fast, reliable, and secure methods to access Federal Reserve Bank Services. In addition, CRSO staff members manage the Fed system's national and regional sales activities, coordinate customer communications, conduct targeted market research, and track industry trends.
