  2. What is your educational background? I received a M.B.A with a focus on Human Resource Management.

  4. What do you do at the Bank?

    As an OD Consultant, I am part of the Leadership and Organizational Development (L&OD) Team within People & Culture team. I support diverse business units within the Bank (CRSO, Finance, and Local/National IT). We deliver value by demonstrating excellent execution and providing strategic consulting grounded in a strong understanding of the Bank’s business. Specifically, the L&OD team supports workforce and talent planning, organizational design, performance management, succession planning, and learning and development programs. We work in close partnership with our counterparts across People & Culture to provide consulting in these areas.

    As a People & Culture department, our value is measured by how we help build an engaging and inclusive organization in support of our overall FRBC vision, specifically by recruiting and developing great talent at all levels, focus on the needs of our employees, business units and the Bank at large, and lastly developing our People & Culture team to meet those objectives.

  5. Why do you like working here? I believe that the Fed is truly a special place to work! What makes it special is that it is a Purpose and Mission driven organization that has meaningful impact on our society. I also appreciate Fed’s Core Values of Integrity, Respect, Responsibility and Excellence. I see people living these values every day. I also like how this institution cares and shows appreciation for its employees!
  6. Why would you recommend the Chicago Fed as a good place to work? In addition to being mission driven, the Fed values Diversity and Workplace Flexibility. Working at the Fed gives me an opportunity to work with highly motivated and capable individuals.
  7. What do you do in your free time?I enjoy traveling and attending performing arts events.
