Tori Healey
Research Assistant
Tori Healey is a research assistant on the regional and community development research team in the economic research department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. She graduated from Cornell University, where she wrote a senior economics thesis about educational requirements within prisons and their effects on recidivism. Her current research interests at the Fed include payday lenders, small business lending in low-and-moderate-income communities, and access to childcare.
