Dustin Ingram is a senior community development specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Prior to joining the Chicago Fed, he was business development director at Intersect Illinois, where he worked to attract jobs and new investment to the state. Before Illinois, he served in director roles at the Ames Economic Development Commission and Ackley Development Commission in Iowa, where he led initiatives on community outreach, housing, and commercial revitalization. His primary interest is in the economic advancement of communities that have faced long-term disinvestment.

Ingram received a B.A. in Philosophy & Religion from Piedmont University in Demorest, Georgia and a Master of Community & Regional Planning degree from Iowa State University.
