The Exploring Career Pathways in Economics and Related Fields Conference is designed for Black high school and college students. The event offers attendees an opportunity to hear from leaders in economics and related fields as well as get advice and perspective about how to achieve their goals.

Exploring Career Pathways in Economics and Related Fields

The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago is committed to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive community, internally and externally. One of the ways we work towards this goal is by partnering with The Sadie Collective, an organization that works to address the pipeline for Black women in economics and related fields. Since 2020, we have collaborated on the Exploring Career Pathways in Economics and Related Fields conference which is designed to provide Black high school and college students with an opportunity to learn about career options.
