The Supervision & Regulation (S&R) department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago presented another installment of Lunch with the Chicago Fed – our ongoing webinar outreach event to our community and regional banking organizations. This session aimed to help your organization improve its Information Technology environment via a special guest from the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). CISA is a federal agency that provides a number of cybersecurity and physical security services at no-cost to the financial sector. In addition, Consumer Compliance discussed how your organization can mitigate the risk of consumer harm when fraudulent activity is suspected.
