About
Ronda Russo is a senior vice president in the Supervision and Regulation (S&R) department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Russo leads the Business Partnerships & Optimization division, with responsibilities for the department’s finance, business operations and analytics, strategic planning and reporting, quality management, conflicts of interest, talent management, training, technology, and records management functions. She also serves as an executive leader of the Chicago, Atlanta, Philadelphia (CAP) Services Reserve Bank partnership that provides services to the Board of Governors.
Russo joined the Chicago Fed as a surveillance examiner and has extensive experience across S&R divisions in supervisory and operational functions. Additionally, she has held various roles within District IT. Throughout her career, she has been actively involved with chairing and participating in District and System management committees providing leadership and input to operational and programmatic initiatives.
Prior to joining the Chicago Fed, Russo was a commissioned bank examiner with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. She has a B.A. in international business from Rosary College (now known as Dominican University).
