About

Andre Reynolds is a senior vice president responsible for consumer compliance and supervisory operations in the Supervision & Regulation (S&R) department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. In his role, Reynolds oversees implementation of the Board of Governors’ supervisory and enforcement programs for the federal consumer protection statutes in the financial services area with respect to consumer compliance examinations, consumer complaint investigations, fair lending matters, and evaluating state member bank performance with respect to the Community Reinvestment Act.

Prior to his current role, Reynolds served in multiple capacities within the S&R department, including responsibility leading strategy, mergers and acquisitions, communications, risk supervision, savings and loan holding companies, and regional bank supervision.

Reynolds recently served as an adjunct professor at DePaul University where he taught International Financial Statement Analysis and Equity Security Valuation. He has also served as an investment advisor with a regional bond broker dealer focused on helping bank executives and regulators understand the economics of securities and portfolio management.

Reynolds began his career at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. He received a master’s degree in strategy from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Program and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Michigan.
