Megan Rodden is a payments policy analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. She researches and writes on topics including payments modernization, security, and governance.
Rodden received a BS in Marine and Conservation Biology from Seattle University and a Masters in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University. Prior to working at the Federal Reserve, she worked at Benaroya Research Institute in Seattle, studying autoimmune diseases. She has also conducted environmental studies examining anthropogenic effects on ecosystems and assisted in building private-public partnerships at the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District based on cost-benefit and economic analyses.
