Informational Sessions on Integrated Regulatory Capital Framework

The Federal Reserve System is hosting information sessions on proposed rulemakings that would revise and replace the federal banking agencies’ current capital rules.

 

This session will focus on key provisions of the proposed framework that would apply to all banks, savings and loan holding companies and bank holding companies and is suitable for senior management of these institutions.

 

Please register using the links below for this in-person session. Please remember to come early and bring a government issued photo ID to help ensure a smooth check-in process for this session.

 

There is no cost to attend.

These sessions are intended for smaller banking organizations (assets up to $50 billion). A session targeted at large banking organizations (assets of $50-400 billion) is scheduled for July 17, 2012.
