APPG Employee Resource Group Forum

The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago’s African American Association for Personal and Professional Growth (APPG) convened a discussion focused on effective strategies Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are using to engage and increase membership. This forum discussed opportunities to co-sponsor future events to promote networking among the ERGs.
