Building Community and Bank Partnerships

A Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Workshop for Community Based Organizations

Learn about the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and how it can benefit your organization and the communities you serve. This session provided community stakeholders with information, resources and best practices for establishing collaborative relationships with financial institutions. Attendees gained an understanding of how their programs relate to a financial institution's Community Reinvestment Act efforts.

This interactive training workshop designed specifically for non-profits, community based organizations, and public sector agencies that provide social services, housing, economic development, educational or employment services to small businesses, low- and moderate-income communities and underserved consumers.

Participants learned how to work constructively with banks to improve their neighborhoods and communities. This event is not open to financial institutions.
