Open House Chicago
Open House Chicago
For the 8th year, the Chicago Fed opened its doors for the Chicago Architecture Center’s signature (and free!) festival, Open House Chicago. On Saturday, October 19, and Sunday, October 20, visitors got exclusive access to the Great Hall in the 102-year-old Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago building and to its Money Museum.
The Chicago Fed was one of 170+ architecturally, culturally, and historically significant sites participating in Open House Chicago. This free, annual festival is one of the largest events of its kind in the world, showcasing locations across the city—many of them typically inaccessible to the public.
