Fed Life Unlocked

The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago invited students interested in economic research to an exclusive career exploration event.

This interactive session provided firsthand insights into the Research Assistant role at the Federal Reserve. Participants received professional resume guidance, hear authentic experiences from current RAs, learn about economic research and career paths from Fed economists, and participated in a hands-on data task that mirrors actual RA responsibilities!

Undergraduate students interested in economic research, recent graduates, and anyone exploring careers in economics, finance, data science, or related fields. No prior Federal Reserve experience necessary.
