This interactive session provides firsthand insights into the Research Assistant role at the Federal Reserve. Participants will receive professional resume guidance, hear authentic experiences from current RAs, learn about economic research and career paths from Fed economists, and participate in a hands-on data task that mirrors actual RA responsibilities!

Undergraduate students interested in economic research, recent graduates, and anyone exploring careers in economics, finance, data science, or related fields. No prior Federal Reserve experience is necessary.
