About
As head of architecture for Federal Reserve Financial Services (FRFS), Pat Adler is responsible for the architectural direction, technology strategy, and emerging technology efforts for the FRFS business. In this role, he leads the development, design, and ongoing execution of a comprehensive technology strategy and target state to support the FRFS’ strategic objectives.
Prior to his current role, Adler was vice president of Architecture, Platforms, and Innovation in the Customer Relations and Support Office (CRSO), where he led the architectural direction and innovation efforts for the FedLine® and customer management portfolios of FRFS.
Adler joined the Chicago Fed in 2001 as a senior developer in Supervision and Regulation and began working with the CRSO and Financial Services in 2002. Since then, Adler has held a number of leadership positions with increasing responsibility in the areas of architecture, solution delivery and technology strategy across the Bank and broader Federal Reserve System.
Adler holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Illinois – Chicago and a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering and Architecture from DePaul University.
