About
Mary Akinrogbe is a research assistant for the regional team at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Prior to joining the Chicago Fed, Akinrogbe received dual Bachelor of Science degrees in economics and mathematics from the University of Maryland, College Park with a minor in African studies. She is a 2025 scholar of the American Economic Association's Summer Program. Her current research interests include applied microeconomics, stratification economics, and economic geography.
