Tina Freese Decker is president and CEO of Corewell Health™, a leading integrated health system that provides health care and health insurance coverage to millions of people. She leads more than 60,000 team members who are passionate about making health better, together. The system’s integrated model of care and coverage provides a robust network serving urban, suburban and rural markets. Corewell Health is comprised of 21 hospitals, 300+ outpatient locations and several post-acute facilities, as well as Priority Health, the third-largest provider-sponsored health plan in the country with over one million members.

Under Freese Decker's leadership, Corewell Health is making health extraordinary, easier and personal for its team, patients and members. This work has received numerous local and national recognitions, including three of the top five hospitals in Michigan in the 2025-2026 according to U.S. News & World Report rankings, the most Magnet designated hospitals in the state and Priority Health’s recognition as Michigan’s best Medicaid plan. Corewell Health was also Certified™ as a Great Place To Work® in 2025.

Freese Decker's career journey started in the admitting department of a community hospital in Iowa, continued with an administrative fellowship at Spectrum Health in 2002 and went on to include a variety of roles at Spectrum Health, including president of the system hospital group, chief strategy officer and chief operating officer. She was named president and CEO of Spectrum Health in 2018. Today, she continues to drive significant, transformational change as president and CEO of Corewell Health.
