Nathan Thompson is a research assistant on the monetary policy & communications team at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Thompson graduated from Oberlin College with a B.A. in financial economics and minor in statistical modeling, where he earned the Norman J. Goldring Scholar-Athlete Award recognizing highest academic honors among graduating student-athletes. His research interests lie in macroeconomic policy, public economics, and development economics.
