Sankalp Yadav is a research assistant on the macroeconomics team in the economic research department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Yadav attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, where he attained education in mathematics and economics. As a research assistant, he is involved in macroeconomic modeling, calibration, empirics, and writing papers. He particularly enjoys macroeconomic modeling, as it provides an outlet for maximum mathematical involvement and remains at the general frontier of exploration into economics.
