Andrew Souther is a research assistant for the finance team in the economic research department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Souther works on a variety of research projects related to fixed-income market microstructure. Before joining the Chicago Fed, he spent a year as an AmeriCorps Fellow, teaching and tutoring 5th grade. He plans to pursue a Ph.D., with research interests in financial economics, behavioral economics, and microeconomics.
