Thomas J. Sargent

Thomas J. Sargent is a former consultant in the economic research department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.

 

In 2002, he was appointed the William R. Berkley Professor of Economics and Business at New York University’s Faculty of Arts & Science and the Stern School of Business, and he was awarded the 2011 Nobel Prize in Economics.
