
Ezra Karger is an economist in the economic research department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. He conducts research in the areas of labor economics, public economics, and economic history. Prior to joining the Chicago Fed in 2021, he received a B.A. in mathematics, statistics, and economics and a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Chicago.
